They discharged me worst condition, which I come in. I felt some staff discriminate patients.

It's better, if they finish treatment, and let people leave hospital happy.

There isn’t enough resources in the hospital to watch over patients. Need more equipment as well.

Make patient feel understood by listening to their symptoms and discussing if it’s related or not.

I was required to wait a very long time, in the corridor on a trolley, when it was clear that some cubicles were free. I was put beside a patient who was extremely disruptive, as she was shouting and swearing the whole time, without respite. This was very frightening for me as I was already so distressed. I am incontinent and therefore had to be taken to the toilet every time, rather than be able to use a bedpan, had i been in a cubicle. This was very difficult for me as i am disabled.

See above, but also patients need to be kept informed of what is happening.

I was surprised how quickly we were seen and efficiency of the staff that we were seen by, and how kind the security guards were.t

If possible it would be nice if they had a little corner for either parents with children or for the elderly as I think it would keep both groups a bit calmer when dealing with there illnesses.

Left without seeing a doctori

Person at registration desk spent too much time chatting with somebody other than a patient and was extremely rude to all the people waiting to register. Very unprofessional.

I experienced severe pain from a bowel obstruction and was swiftly admitted to the A&E where I received exceptional care. The medical staff were well-informed about my condition and its severity. I am grateful for the excellent treatment I received, which helped alleviate my excruciating pain
